Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: At Kilab, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as opened supplements, may not be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our customer service team at Info@kilab.us to initiate the return process.
2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions detailing how to send your item back to us.
3. Upon receipt, your return will be subject to inspection. If approved, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at Info@kilab.us to arrange the exchange. We will initiate the exchange process upon receiving and inspecting the original item.
